Receta "Best Ever" Refrigerator Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. crushed shredded wheat
- 2 c. bran flakes
- 1 c. oil (liquid)
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 5 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- Pour water over shredded wheat and bran flakes. Cold to lukewarm. Don't stir. Cream oil and sugar. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk and oatmeal. Add in dry ingredients and stir only till blended. Add in cooled cereal mix. Mix and stir slightly. Store in refrigerator. Will keep 1 month. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.
