Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cooked noodles
- 1 1/2 c. warm lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 c. grated Jack cheese
- 1 c. ham (cooked & diced)
Direcciones
- In a blender, put all ingredients (except noodles and ham), adding warm lowfat milk last. Blend for 20 seconds. Pour cheese sauce over noodles and ham in a 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
