Receta Best Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream butter; add in sugar and brown sugar. Add in beaten egg, then remaining ingredients. Refrigeratedough for 1 hour. Form into walnut sized pcs. Grease cookie sheets. Butter bottom of water glass. Dip glass in granulated sugar and flatten dough. Dip glass again in cinnamon and sugar mix for each cookie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Yields approximately 78 cookies. If kept in freezer, cookies will remain crispy.
