Receta Best Soft Molasses Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses. Stir in vinegar and lowfat sour cream. Blend well. Sift flour with cinnamon, ginger, soda and salt. Stir dry ingredients into first mix till well mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Makes about 6 dozen.
