Receta Betty's Easy Tuna Casserole
Mom was a working mom, so dinners during the week had to be simple. And that is what this Tuna Casserole is.
Ingredientes
- 12-16 oz.of store-bought noodles
- 1 large can of tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 large can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 large soup can of milk (I use 1%, but whole milk might work better)
- 1 small bag of frozen green peas
Direcciones
- Cook noodles as per directions on bag until not quite done.
- Drain and pour noodles into oven casserole dish.
- Stir in drained tuna, soup, milk and green peas until well blended
- Place casserole in oven heated to 350 degrees and cook for 45 minutes or until the sauce mixture is thickened and the casserole has started to brown.
- Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
