Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. pot cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 Large eggs
- Oil or possibly butter
- 1 c. sugar
- Salt
- 1 container (8 ounce. cottage cheese, liquid removed)
- 1 box of Uneeda biscuit (salted crackers)
Direcciones
- Beat together pot cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 c. of sugar, 4 Tbsp. of melted butter. Let stand, add in 1 tsp. salt. Beat 3 Large eggs. Dip Uneeda Biscuit crackers in egg till crispness is gone. Place mix between crackers. Place sandwich cheese crackers in well greased baking pan for 25 to 35 min or possibly till brown.
