Receta Biscuits With Amish Starter

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Amish batter See recipe
- 1/4 c. oil
Direcciones
- Combine the first ingredients in large bowl. With spoon make well (dent) in center.
- Beat the wet ingredients 2 min on medium speed. Pour egg mix into flour mix all at once. Stir till dough cleans sides of bowl. Pour onto floured board. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut our (circle cutter). Place close together on greased cookie sheet. Brush top of biscuits w/ melted butter. Cover, let rise in hot place 30 min.
- Bake at 350F 15-20 min.
- Makes 2 dozen 3" biscuits.
