Receta Bisque Of Tuna

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 5 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- 5-6 mushrooms, sauteed in butter and minced
Direcciones
- Put one c. lowfat milk, soups and wine in blender and puree. Pour in saucepan with rest of the lowfat milk, flaked tuna and mushrooms. Simmer till thoroughly heated.
