Receta Black and Blue and Red Salad
Ingredientes
- 5 oz. fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 oz. fresh blackberries
- Red wine vinaigrette (see recipe below)
- 1/4 c. toasted pecans, optional
- You can use whatever vinaigrette you like. I like the tang of this Red Wine Vinaigrette.

- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
