Ingredientes
- 1 pt strawberries, stemmed and halved (divided use)
- 1 tsp finely minced fresh mint, or possibly 1/2 tsp. dry mint
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 c. light lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 c. apples, peeled and cut into bite-size pcs
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- To make strawberry dressing, puree about 1/2 c. of strawberries in blender.
- Reserve remaining strawberries.
- In a bowl, stir strawberry puree, mint, honey and lowfat sour cream to blend.
- To assemble salad: Line individual salad plates with lettuce. Arrange reserved strawberries, blueberries and apples on lettuce. Top with strawberry dressing.
- If making the salad for a crowd, double or possibly triple the recipe and serve it in a glass bowl or possibly other attractive bowl.
