Receta Black Bean Burgers with Creamed Onions
Delicious Black Bean Burgers for lunch or supper option. Incredibly flavorful.
Ingredientes
- one 15.5 ounce canned Black Beans, drained, rinsed
- one teaspoon onion salt
- one teaspoon black pepper
- one teaspoon cumin
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Panko or bread crumbs
- one large egg beaten
- one medium size white onion, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- one tablespoon real mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 Rolls/Buns of your choice
Direcciones
- Spray a grill or griddle or skillet with your favorite cooking spray
- In a bowl add sliced white onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper and stir well to combine, place into the refrigerator until ready to top Black bean burgers
- In a mixing bowl add black beans and using a potato masher or sturdy spoon smashed the black beans, add onion salt through beaten egg and using clean hands mix and form 4 patties, place on grill/griddle pan or skillet and cook on medium high heat 4 minutes per side
- Add black bean burger to the bottom of bun (add any condiments, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, ketchup) add creamy onions on top, place top bun on and enjoy!
