Receta Black Bean Burrito

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. cumin sprinkle brown sugar splash balsamic vinegar
- 1 can black beans liquid removed
- 1/2 c. frzn corn
- 1/2 whl onion sliced
- 1/2 whl red pepper sliced
- 1/2 whl yellow pepper sliced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry 1/2 of a red and yellow bell pepper and 1/2 sliced onion in extra virgin olive oil.
- When veggies are still not too done sprinkle in the seasonings.
- Stir it all together and heat thru then roll in a preheated flour burrito.
- Or possibly serve as a side dish.
