  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin sprinkle brown sugar splash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 can black beans liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. frzn corn
  • 1/2 whl onion sliced
  • 1/2 whl red pepper sliced
  • 1/2 whl yellow pepper sliced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry 1/2 of a red and yellow bell pepper and 1/2 sliced onion in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. When veggies are still not too done sprinkle in the seasonings.
  3. Stir it all together and heat thru then roll in a preheated flour burrito.
  4. Or possibly serve as a side dish.
