Receta Black Bean Chili

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. cooked black beans
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable juice or possibly tomato juice (can use canned whole tomatoes, mashed)
Direcciones
- Cook beef in 2-3 qt saucepan over medium heat stirring to crumble. Add in all ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 20-25 min. Remove bay leaf. Serve over warm rice.
