Receta Black Bean Chili With Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 3 c. Cooked black beans
- 1 c. Diced green pepper
- 1 c. Minced onions
- 1 c. Diced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 3 c. Vegetable or possibly tomato juice
- 4 c. Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Cook beef in 2-3 qt sauce pan over medium heat, stirring to crumble. Add in all ingredients except rice. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 20-25 min. Remove bay leaves. Serve over warm rice with chips on side.
