Receta Black Bean Relish

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Black beans, cooked till tender and liquid removed
- 1/2 bn Cilantro, minced
- 1/2 c. Corn
- 1/3 c. Red bell peppers, seeded, and diced the size of the beans
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Lime, juiced
- 2 dsh Tabasco sauce (or possibly to taste) Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste)
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl place all of the ingredients and stir them together. Let the relish sit for 1 hour before serving it.
