Receta Black Bean Sloppy Joes

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 can (15-oz) black beans, liquid removed & rinsed
- 1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr

- I got this recipe from the McDougal Quick & Easy Cookbook. It is delicious.
- Place onion & pepper in saucepan with water. Cook, stirring frequently till the vegetables soften, about 5 min. Mash beans with a bean or possibly potato masher (don't use a food processor). Add in the beans and remaining ingredients into the saucepan and cook over low heat till heated through, about 5 min. Serve on buns.
