Receta Black Beans Cuban Style

Ingredientes
- 2 can (15 ounce. each) black beans
- 1 med Onion
- 1 x Green bell pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute/fry in a little of the bean liquid till soft. Add in beans with remaining liquid. Add in dry spices. Simmer 15-30 min. Add in vinegar just before serving.
- Comments: I haven't tried this recipe, just drooled over it. The original version specified, um, a different saute/fry medium.
