  1. Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute/fry in a little of the bean liquid till soft. Add in beans with remaining liquid. Add in dry spices. Simmer 15-30 min. Add in vinegar just before serving.
  2. Comments: I haven't tried this recipe, just drooled over it. The original version specified, um, a different saute/fry medium.
