- 1 lb Black beans Cook till almost tender,
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1 x Minced onion Cumin to taste
- 1 x Anaheim pepper or possibly 1 can Minced green chiles Herbs: (she used) Thyme Oreganol Savory All to taste. (all fresh)
Direcciones
- She had pico de galo (sp) to put on top but picante sauce works well. Top also with onions and anything else you might want. Put this in a flour tortilla.
