Ingredientes
- 3 pound black fish, cleaned and slit down the middle
- 1/4 c. olive or possibly corn oil
- 3 ounce. Rhine wine
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 plump tomatoes, minced sm.
Direcciones
- Use oven pan large sufficient to fit fish snugly. Lay fish on side in pan. Open the slit side and place all ingredients except tomatoes, inside fish. Place tomatoes on top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 min. Remove and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
