Receta Blender Borscht
Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can beets
- 1 can water
- 1/4 sm. onion
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients in blender, then boil for 5 min. Refrigerateand serve with lowfat sour cream, or possibly small boiled potatoes.
