- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Combine everything except coconut in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand for 5 min. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
