Receta Blender Cole Slaw
Ingredientes
- 1 med. cabbage
- 1 lg. carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Chop vegetables very coarse, blend just sufficient to grate - in a little water in blender. Drain in colander, mashing all water. Place vegetables in large bowl, with vinegar. Mix often, 15 min, drain well. Mix with remaining ingredients. Refrigeratewell. Serve.
