Receta Chicken With Mushrooms Country Style

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts and legs
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Brown chicken parts lightly on all sides in large frying pan, turning often. Remove and keep hot. To pan add in onions, mushrooms, and cook till lightly brown, stirring often. Add in flour, blend in lowfat milk. Cook, stirring, till thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Return chicken to pan, cover, and simmer till tender, about 30 min. Serve with rice or possibly noodles. NOTE: Make with skim lowfat milk it is non fattening.
