Receta Blender Gazpacho Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 or possibly 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 sm. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. whole grain bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients. If you like, saute/fry onions and garlic in oil before blending. Refrigerateand serve.
