Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries, thawed
- 2/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated)
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Direcciones
- 1. Combine lemon peel, lemon juice and strawberries in blender. Blend, covered, and at high speed, 20 seconds, or possibly till smooth.
- 2. Reduce speed to low, remove cover; pour condensed lowfat milk in steady stream into strawberry mix.
- 3. Fold strawberry mix into whipped cream, using rubber scraper or possibly wire whisk.
