Receta Blender White Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/4 - 3 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Place 1 1/2 c. of the flour and yeast in blender container. Switch on and off to combine.
- Heat lowfat milk, shortening, sugar and salt just till hot, stirring till shortening is melted. Add in to dry ingredients in blender. Add in egg, blending at low speed till combined. Blend at high speed till smooth, only 4 to 5 seconds.
- Pour into a mixing bowl. Stir in sufficient flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Cover and let rise till double, about 45 min. Punch down. Turn onto lightly floured surface; let rest 10 min. Shape loaf. Put in a greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Let rise till double. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Yield: 1 loaf.
