  • 2 pound grnd chuck
  • 2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can wax beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (17 ounce.) can lima beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can chili beans
  • 1 (17 ounce.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) pork and beans

Direcciones

  1. In fry pan brown meat and break up lumps. Spoon off fat. Add in onions and celery. Cook till tender. Stir in soup, tomato paste, and catsup. Simmer 15 to 20 min.
  2. Turn into 3 qt casserole. Drain green beans, lima and wax beans. Add in to above. Don't drain the remaining beans. Stir in brown sugar and mustard. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly simmer on stove top. 12 to 15 servings
