Receta Blue Claw's Crab Marinara

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced sm.
- 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 ounce. Marsala wine
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 lg. blue claw's crabs, cleaned by removing shell, wash under water removing all insides
- 1 pound linguine
Direcciones
- Use a 4 qt saucepan. Place in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Brown lightly on medium heat. Place in remaining ingredients except crabs. Heat on medium-high temperature till boiling, reduce heat to low. Let cook at boiling point 15 min, stirring frequently. Add in the crabs. Return to boil and cook for 20 min. Remove and serve. Serve over cooked linguine. Makes 4 servings.
