Receta Fruit Salad With Lemon Lime Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Papaya peeled, seeded, and cut into 1" chunks
- 2 x Bananas sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 x Mango peeled, stoned, and cut into 1" chunks
- 1 c. One-inch chunked pineapple
- 1 pt Strawberries hulled and halved
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dark rum optional
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar or possibly to taste
- 1 bn Mint, leaves only coarsely minced Tiny sprigs of mint for garnish
Direcciones
- In a large glass serving bowl or possibly picnic container, combine all the fruits and toss very gently to mix. Sprinkle the lemon and lime juices, rum (if using), sugar and mint over the top and again toss gently to mix. Garnish with tiny mint sprigs before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
