Receta Blue Ribbon Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in Large eggs, bananas, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice. Add in dry ingredients. Stir just sufficient to mix well. Mix in nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cold 10 min. Makes 1 loaf.
