Receta Blueberry And Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, put together first five ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring till thick. Add in fruit and pour into a 2 qt baking dish. For topping, put together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in lowfat milk and butter. Spread over fruit mix and bake at 375 degrees for 50 min or possibly till topping is golden and tests done. Serve warm. Yield: about 6 servings.
