Receta Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 T sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c. 100% pure unsweetened orange juice
- 1 c. frzn blueberries
- 2 whole bananas, mashed
Direcciones
- Put together all the ingredients except the berries and bananas till just blended. Gently add in the berries and bananas by hand with a wooden spoon. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. 12 muffins.Each muffin: 171 calories, 0 mg. cholesterol, 130 mg. sodium, 170 mg. potassium, 5.2 gm. fat.
