Receta Blueberry Cake With Icing And Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 T veg. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) whipped topping
- 1/2 c. 4X powdered sugar
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 T cornstarch
- 4 T lemon juice
Direcciones
- Beat 2 min. Mix in:Bake in 4 cake pans at 400 degrees for about 10 min.
- Mix well.
- Put together blueberries and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 min. Strain, reserve juice. Cook, stirring constantly till thick and clear. Cool slightly; add in lemon juice, cooked berries and refrigerate.Spread layers with icing and place filling in center of each layer. Ice sides and top ending with blueberries in well of icing in center.
