Receta Blueberry Crumble

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Fresh blueberries, (or possibly unsweetened frzn)
- 1/4 c. Frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar **
- 1/2 c. Oatmeal
- 1/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar **
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine, cut into small pcs

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine first 3 ingredients in an 8 inch square baking dish and set aside. Combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender, till it resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle mix over berry mix. Bake for 30 min. Top with low=fat frzn yogurt (if you like). Hands on
