Receta Blueberry Oat Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil or possibly melted shortening
- 1 c. blueberries
Direcciones
- Combine oats and buttermilk and set aside. Combine and stir to blend flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt and brown sugar. Mix beaten Large eggs, oil, oats and buttermilk mix together. Combine with dry ingredients, stirring gently. Mix in blueberries. Place in greased muffin pans and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till lightly browned. Yield 12 muffins.
