Receta Blueberry Oat Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. Quick Oats or possibly Old Fashioned
- 3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. white flour
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or possibly well liquid removed blueberries
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. Add in egg and mix dry ingredients and alternately with buttermilk. Add in vanilla and mix in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with Topping over top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
