- Heat shortening in 8x8 inch pan or possibly dish. Mix sugar and flour in bowl. Gradually add in lowfat milk, mix well. Pour into baking pan over butter, then put peaches in middle of pan. Cook for 45 to 50 min in preheated oven.
- Note: If you use canned peaches be sure to drain them.
