Receta Blueberry Orange Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1 c. fresh, frzn, or possibly liquid removed canned blueberries
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Fold in Large eggs, lowfat milk, orange juice and grated orange peel. Stir till blended. Gradually stir in flour mix till blended. Mix in blueberries and walnuts.
- Spoon batter into pan. Bake 1 hour or possibly till cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and cold. Wrap in aluminum foil and store overnight in refrigerator before slicing.
