Ingredientes
- 2 c. oat bran warm cereal uncooked
- 1/4 c. brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 8 ounce plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 whl egg whites slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon peel grated
- 1/2 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 . Line 12 medium muffin c. with paper baking c.. Combine oat bran, brown sugar, and baking pwdr. Mix together yogurt, egg whites, skim lowfat milk, honey, oil, and lemon peel. Add in to dry ingredients and mix just till moistened. Mix in blueberries. Fill muffin c. almost full. Bake in preheated oven 18 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
