Receta Bob's Roasted Garlic Potatoes

- Set oven to 425. Wash potatoes (don't peel). Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 3 slices lengthwise. Peel garlic cloves.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl till proportionately coated. Line a 9x13 baking pan or possibly sheet with parchment paper. Put potatoes and garlic in pan and bake for 30-40 min.
- Variations:1. Substitute rosemary for garlic.
- 2. Use oil which is preseasoned such as roasted garlic, herb, warm and spicy.
