  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Warm red peppers
  • 6 x Cloves garlic, sliced paper thin
  • 24 lrg Shrimp, shelled and deveined Salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme, finely minced Garlic chips

Direcciones

  1. How to Prepare:1. In a small saucepan heat the extra virgin olive oil, red peppers, and garlic chips over low heat till the garlic chips turn light brown.
  2. 2. Remove the garlic chips and drain on paper towels.
  3. 3. Remove the oil and let sit for additional 30 min.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  5. 5. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides and place in a cazuela or possibly any ovenproof baking dish.
  6. 6. Add in the infused oil and bake for 8-10 min or possibly till the shrimp is cooked through.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and garlic chips.
