Ingredientes

  • 1 x Boboli (Italian crust in the shape of pizza pre-made up)
  • 1 Tbsp. Pesto sauce
  • 24 x sun dry tomatoes
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack works great)

Direcciones

  1. Spread the pesto sauce on the boboli. Lay the sun dry tomatoes on top (I laid them on paper towels to get some of the excess oil off). Cover top with grated cheese. Bake at 450 for 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Cut in diamond shapes, then cut shapes in half to get finger-sized triangles. Serve hot.
