Receta Boiled Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (plain or possibly crunchy)
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
Direcciones
- Put sugar, lowfat milk, butter and cocoa in a saucepan. Stir well to mix. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Quickly beat in oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Drop from a spoon onto wax paper-lined tray. Let stand for 30 min. Chill.
