Receta Boiled Pot Pie Noodles

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. water
- Chicken broth
Direcciones
- Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Stir in lightly beaten egg and water. On a floured board, roll out as thin as possible and cut in 2" squares. After broth is boiling, drop in squares 1 by 1. Stir with a spoon. Dough squares must be covered. Stir again and cover pot and cook for 20 min. If you must add in water, add in "boiling" water. Good with beef or possibly chicken.
