Receta Bologna Bean Chowder

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. navy beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 8 ounce. bologna, cut in pcs
- 3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Rinse, sort and soak beans in 3 c. water overnight. Don't drain. Add in 1/2 tsp. salt. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add in bologna, tomatoes and soup mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally. Add in lowfat milk, heat through and serve. Like chili, this is a hearty meal.
