Ingredients: 2/3 c. oil; 1 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. flour; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 3 Tbsp. Bourbon; 1 1/2 c. grated carrots; 1 c. minced pecans.

Ingredientes

2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 Tbsp. Bourbon
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. minced pecans.

Direcciones

Pour into greased and floured 9x9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 F for 40 min. Cold in pan.
Bourbon glaze1 C powdered sugar2 Tbsp. warm water1 Tbsp. Bourbon
Blend together and spread over cooled cake.
