Receta Black Walnut Carrot Cake With Buttermilk Glaze

Ingredientes
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. minced black walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp black walnut extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 10-inch tube pan. Mix together ingredients. Bake 90 min.
- Remove from oven and, while cake is still warm, glaze with:
- Buttermilk Glaze1/2 C buttermilk1 C sifted powdered sugar1/2 tsp baking soda1 Tbsp. white corn syrup.
- Blend well and pour on top of warm cake. Let stand for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and serve.
