Receta Bourbon Marinated Smoked Salmon

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Fresh salmon -- skinned and Boned Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Bourbon
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 2 2/3 Tbsp. Fresh ginger
- 2 2/3 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic -- chopped
- 3/4 ounce Sesame oil
Direcciones
- Place salmon in large shallow dish; cover with vegetable oil. Mix all remaining ingredients together to make marinade; marinate 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Grill over mesquite till flaky.
