This is a super easy and cheap version of Vodka sauce. I like to use bowtie pasta for my kids. I use chicken to help bring out the alfredo in the sauce.

Ingredientes

  • 1 can of alfredo sauce
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic power
  • 1 box of bowtie pasta
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pound uncooked chicken breasts
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Trim any extra fat off your chicken breasts
  2. Slice breasts into small strips about 2 inches long
  3. Using a nonstick pan, heat up your butter until it has melted on medium heat
  4. Finely chop your garlic and add it to your pan until soft
  5. Add your chicken slices
  6. Cook chicken until thouroughly heated
  7. Set aside
  8. Prepare you bowtie pasta according to box directions
  9. In a medium size saucepan, combine alfredo sauce and tomato paste, along with garlic powder and chicken mix, heat thouroughly
  10. Drain bowtie pasta and pour into a large serving bowl
  11. While stirring, add your homemade vodka sauce to serving bowl and mix till all of your pasta is covered.
  12. Served warm and delicious!
