Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 6 pkt Sugar Twin sugar substitute
- 3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Boysenberry flavoring
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and Sugar Twin in a mixing bowl. Add in lowfat milk, yogurt and Boysenberry flavoring; stir just to blend.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Divide batter proportionately into 18 muffins. Bake at 350 F for 20 min or possibly till golden.
- YIELD: 18 muffins (1 muffin per serving)
